The PCMC Virangula Kendra at Morwadi was inaugurated by Shri Devendra Fadnavis on 16th March 2022.

Bio Diversity Park, Talawade
The Bio Diversity Park at Talawade was inaugurated on 3rd June 2022 by the then Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Ajit Dada Pawar.

Samvidhan Bhavan – Foundation Laying Ceremony
Envisioned as India’s first Samvidhan Bhavan, the foundation stone was ceremonially laid by the Hon’ble Shri Mahesh Landge, MLA – Bhosari.
The first phase of the project has been executed by M/s S. B. Kale Projects Pvt. Ltd.
Eravati Karve Landscape & Amphitheatre Beautification
This is located within Pune’s premier educational institution, Savitribai Phule Pune University. The project was inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, MLA, marking an important milestone in its development.
The works were successfully executed and completed by M/s S. B. Kale Projects Pvt. Ltd.
International Girls’ Hostel - Savitribai Phule Pune University
The foundation-laying ceremony for the International Girls’ Hostel was held at Savitribai Phule Pune University in the esteemed presence of the Pro Vice Chancellor, the Head of the International Department, and other distinguished members of the university faculty and administration.
This initiative is a milestone step toward strengthening international student infrastructure and enhancing campus facilities.
Vasant Dada Patil Statue – Sanghvi
The renovation of the Vasant Dada Patil Statue at Sanghvi was successfully executed by M/s S. B. Kale Projects India Pvt. Ltd. The restored monument was formally inaugurated by the former Mayor of PCMC, Mrs. Asha Maidhore.
Sanghvi Phata Beautification
The foundation stone was laid by Hon’ble MLA, Shri Shankar Jagtap. The scope of work comprised the development of a senior citizen seating area, temple premises, open gym facilities, designated play area, and comprehensive landscape and infrastructure beautification.
